It was a trembling: free poetry eBook for spooky season (and beyond)

Well, 2020 has been... well it's been 2020, hasn't it?

For this and other reasons, I was starting to feel gloomy about writing. I decided what I needed was to do something fun, creative; something that would be like giving people a Hallowe'en / Samhain present.

So here is a new old thing - It was a trembling - which is a few handfuls of my spooky / eerie / dark / magical / folkloric / mythical poems in one free ebook to celebrate the best time of year (even in this kind of year).

All of these 21 poems are taken from my 2018 limited edition chapbook, Land and Sea and Turning (published by Dark Particle Press, formerly CWP Collective), and my now out of print collection The saint of milk and flames.

Some are historical, some are based in mythology, foklore, others are straight horror fiction in poetry form, still others are a mix of the above and real life experiences.
